Participation in internal training sessions **Exirium S.A.C.**, a Peruvian company specializing in aluminum and glass carpentry for public and private infrastructure projects, is currently seeking **Construction Assistants** to join our continuously growing team. **Join our team!** We are looking for committed, proactive individuals eager for professional development within a dynamic environment. **Requirements:** * Immediate availability * Availability to work in Metropolitan Lima * Experience in the construction field (desirable) * Learning and self-improvement attitude **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in the installation of windows, partitions, and railings (aluminum and glass) * Loading and unloading of materials * Proper use of PPE (provided by the company) * Compliance with safety regulations * Support in tasks assigned by the supervisor * Participation in internal training sessions **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration (Civil Construction Regime) * All statutory benefits * PPE and tools provided * Ongoing technical training If you are interested in joining our team, please send us your documented CV for evaluation. **Don’t miss this opportunity!** Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
