Position: Customer Service – Logistics and Foreign Trade Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and growing within the logistics sector? At MECATT Service \& Logistic S.A.C., we are looking for a proactive, organized, and service-minded individual to join our team. Main Responsibilities: * Provide service and follow-up to domestic and international clients. * Maintain constant communication regarding shipment status. * Coordinate with operations, customs, and transportation departments. * Manage logistics and foreign trade documentation. * Address client inquiries, quotation requests, and incidents. * Prepare reports and keep operational information up to date. * Contribute to customer retention through timely and high-quality service. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in customer service, logistics, or freight forwarding agencies (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and solve problems. * Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude. Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
