




Job Summary: A professional responsible for the comprehensive management of customs and logistics procedures, including container approvals and payments related to international trade. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of approval procedures for containers, LCL cargo, and air shipments. 2. Handling of THC payments, freight charges, and arrival notifications in logistics operations. 3. Proficiency in customs knowledge and tariff legislation. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Processing of customs approvals for containers, LCL cargo, and air shipments. * Making payments for THC, freight charges, customs approvals (VB), arrival notifications, requests for refund memos, and collection of air waybills. * Knowledge of routing with all shipping lines. * Processing container/overstay refund payments. * Reimbursables: regularization of payments/transfers requested. * Assisting in obtaining the bill of lading (B/L) release document and customs approval for DAMS numbering. * Assisting in obtaining export B/Ls for numbering regularization. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: University or technical degree in International Business, International Trade, or related fields. * Knowledge: Intermediate-level Excel proficiency, SINTAD system, customs knowledge, customs legislation, logistics terminology, and tariff nomenclature. * Experience: Minimum 2 years.
