Verification of restrictions and international trade agreements. **Join Grupo Corban!** **CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AGENT – FOREIGN TRADE** **Candidate Profile:** A responsible, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who values teamwork and regulatory compliance in every operation. **Requirements** * Graduate, technical diploma holder, or bachelor's degree in **International Trade, International Business, or Administration**. * Minimum **2 years of experience** as an Import Clearance Agent. * Solid knowledge of: * Customs regulations (customs regimes, Law and Regulations). * Tariff Classification and Customs Valuation. * International Treaties and Agreements (especially the **Peru–China FTA**). * Proficiency in the **SINTAD system** (mandatory). * Availability for **full-time on-site work in Callao**. * Residence in Callao or nearby areas. * **Immediate availability**. **Responsibilities** * Submission and issuance of **Customs Declarations for Goods (DAM)**. * Correct application of **Customs Valuation** rules. * Tariff classification of goods. * Review of supporting documentation for the application of **trade agreements and international treaties**. * Verification of restrictions and controls applicable to goods.
