Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customs Specialist to manage and coordinate import and export customs operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support throughout the logistics process Dear network, Grupo SGL is currently looking for a Customs Specialist (Lima\-Peru). We seek a proactive, customer-oriented individual responsible for managing and coordinating import and export customs operations. Work Mode: On-site (San Isidro) **Responsibilities**: * Coordinate and monitor customs operations with clients, carriers, and freight forwarders. * Ensure acquisition of all mandatory documents to guarantee proper import processing and numbering. * Verify documentation and compliance with current customs regulations. * Monitor clearance status and report incidents. * Digitize mandatory customs clearance documents. * Maintain continuous communication with clients, providing timely and accurate information as well as necessary advisory support. * Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the entire logistics process. **Requirements**: * University and/or technical degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience performing Customs Specialist duties at a customs agency (mandatory). * Knowledge of the SINTAD system and SUNAT procedures. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency and office software skills. * Excellent communication skills and service orientation. **What We Offer**: * Market-competitive salary * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits * Ongoing training on customs regulations and procedures * Professional growth opportunities * Pleasant working environment Work Location: On-site employment
