Job Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch Operator for a leading automotive company, responsible for receiving, verifying, storing, and dispatching goods, as well as inventory control. Additionally, it has an extensive track record in wholesale distribution of high-quality auto parts. Currently, it is seeking a **DISPATCH OPERATOR** to join its team. RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive and verify products according to shipping documents and work orders. * Perform receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods. * Verify quantities, documentation, and physical condition of goods. * Record incoming, outgoing, and product location movements in designated systems and formats. * Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products. * Monitor and report merchandise stock levels. REQUIREMENTS * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months’ experience in warehouse, dispatch, or distribution (desirable). * Availability to work on monthly rotating shifts. * Availability to work overtime. * Good physical condition. * Foreign applicants accepted, provided they hold valid documentation. WORK SCHEDULE Sunday: Day off. **Shift 1:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. **Shift 2:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. Availability for both schedules (monthly rotation) BENEFITS * Direct formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Salary of S/ 1,150\. * Salary increase upon completion of one year. * Transportation allowance * Attendance bonus * Meal allowance covering 70% of costs. * Opportunity for job stability and career development. **Workplace: Ate, Lima.** Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,350\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
