Opportunity for on-site development At **Gierca SAC**, we are looking for **PRODUCTION/DISTRIBUTION OPERATORS** to join our team at the Ventanilla Plant. Responsibilities: * Perform manual packaging, capping, sealing, boxing, and palletizing of finished products as required * Ensure product quality standards are met * Roll product cylinders and unload required items * Load and unload products to support process completion (transport assistant) Requirements: * Completed secondary education (Mandatory) * Experience in physically demanding work and production (Preferred) * Availability to work in Ventanilla Benefits: * Transportation provided to designated locations within Ventanilla * MYPE payroll registration from the first day of employment * SCTR (Workers' Compensation Insurance) * Ongoing training programs * Workplace: Ventanilla Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,201.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
