Must be at least 18 years old. 2\. Experience is not required; good attitude is essential. 2\. Field sales experience (preferred). 3\. Strong customer service orientation and sales aptitude. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Receive and keep updated pricing, promotions, and commercial terms for the company’s products. 2\. Visit assigned areas daily, ensuring coverage and activation of scheduled retail points. 3\. Achieve daily assigned targets (both overall sol amounts and per supplier), implementing strategies according to market and competitive conditions. 4\. Report location (GPS) as required by immediate supervisor. 5\. Execute and master the 7 steps of the sales process. 6\. Coordinate with the sales manager for timely delivery of merchandise to customers according to agreed dates. 7\. Report daily wearing the assigned uniform, adhering to hygiene standards and maintaining a professional image with customers. 8\. Always carry essential work tools (price list, catalog, mobile app). 9\. Attend morning and afternoon meetings punctually with the sales supervisor or immediate manager, providing relevant zone-related information. 10\. Communicate market observations, competitor activity, and customer needs to the supervisor to adjust commercial strategies. 11\. Know and comply with internal policies, procedures, and company regulations related to the role. 12\.
