We are seeking a Finishing Operator to join Staff Representaciones S.A. Your primary mission will be to handle product finishing at various stages of production. **Responsibilities:** Perform the manual operations required by the assigned product. Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area at the start, during, and at the end of your shift. Use work tools and control instruments correctly. Request and complete the materials requisition form, then submit it to the finishing supervisor for the respective replacement of tools and inserts. Safeguard the blueprint provided to you while finishing parts. File, sand, wash, grease, oil, and package finished products after prior inspection by the quality control coordinator. Report non-conforming products identified during finishing to the supervisor or department head. **Requirements:** Prior experience in finishing and technical knowledge of the mentioned techniques is required. You must be meticulous and possess a proactive attitude to resolve issues arising during the finishing process.
