Job Summary: Perform slope stabilization and improvement tasks at the tailings dam, ensuring area safety and stability through slope profiling and conditioning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of slope stabilization and improvement works. 2. Slope profiling and conditioning. 3. Operation of tools for slope improvement and lookout duties. \* Execute slope stabilization and improvement works at the tailings dam in accordance with established procedures. \* Perform slope profiling, shaping, and conditioning to ensure slope stability and safety. \* Carry out cleaning, removal of loose material, and conditioning of work areas. Install and maintain necessary control measures to prevent landslides or erosion on slopes. \* Operate tools required for improvement activities. \* Perform lookout duties \* Strictly comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental procedures during task execution. \* Identify and report substandard conditions, unsafe acts, or geotechnical risks that may affect dam stability. \* Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area at the end of each shift. \* Carry out other slope improvement-related activities assigned by supervision within the project scope.
