Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and committed Production Operators for our food plant, supporting food preparation, packaging, and quality control while maintaining hygiene and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the food production and processing process. 2. Weigh, mix, and prepare raw materials. 3. Keep the work area clean and organized. **FULL JOB DESCRIPTION** Industrias Sisa is seeking **PRODUCTION OPERATORS** for our plant located in the district of **LOS OLIVOS**. We seek responsible, committed individuals willing to work in a food production plant, complying with the company's established quality, hygiene, and safety standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support the food production and processing process. * Weigh, mix, and prepare raw materials. * Package, label, and pack finished products. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Operate production machinery and equipment as instructed. * Assist in loading and moving products within the plant. * Verify product quality during the process. * Perform cleaning and disinfection of equipment and utensils. * Meet daily production targets assigned by the Production Manager. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum education: Completed Secondary School * Gender: MALE * Must be of legal age * Must possess a valid National Identity Document (DNI) * Must be available to work Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Prior experience in food production or similar roles is desirable (not mandatory) * Valid health certificate is mandatory; candidates must be willing to obtain one promptly if not yet held **BENEFITS** * Starting salary of S/ 1,500\. * Overtime pay * Timely payments * Positive work environment * Growth opportunities * Payment via payroll (RH) for the first months, then transitioned to formal payroll with all statutory benefits **INTERVIEWS SCHEDULED BETWEEN 9:30 AM AND 1:00 PM** Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
