Job Summary: We are seeking general services operators with experience in civil works, high-risk tasks, and equipment handling for industrial projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in civil works and various technical specialties. 2. Training and experience in high-risk work. 3. Being part of a corporate team on industrial projects. A Peruvian company with twelve years of activity dedicated to providing general construction services such as renovation, structural reinforcement, demolition, maintenance, engineering consultancy, and design to industrial companies including Faber\-Castell, Protisa Perú, Disal, Molinos \& Cia. Fertilizantes, and Urbanizadora Chillaco SAC, which are our primary clients. We are currently seeking general services workers to join our corporate team and participate in our projects. The following outlines the requirements and responsibilities for the position. **Requirements** · Technical knowledge in civil works, specialties in plumbing, electrical work, masonry, painting, locksmithing, and drywall. · Experience in high-risk work (height, hot, and electrical). · Experience as a scaffolder (assembly and disassembly of multidirectional scaffolds). · Experience operating aerial work platforms (Manlift) — articulating and scissor types. · Minimum one year of experience performing industrial work. · Availability to work full-time during office hours (**SANTA ANITA DISTRICT**). · Submission of a criminal background check document along with a copy of the national ID (DNI). **Responsibilities** · Perform assigned general services tasks, including electrical installations, sanitary installations, painting, locksmithing, masonry, equipment maintenance, and structural or equipment assembly, adhering to the company’s safety procedures (appropriate PPE). · Ensure proper execution and functionality of completed work. · Be certified and trained for high-risk tasks (electrical, height, and hot work). · Knowledge of current applicable safety protocols. · Ability to analyze and resolve on-site work-related problems effectively. · Proactive attitude and personal motivation. **Working Hours** · Monday to Saturday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) · 48 effective working hours per week. · Payment via honorarium receipt.
