We are looking for **Cleaning Staff** to ensure our facilities remain spotless, safe, and ready for our community. **Candidate Profile:** * **Work experience:** In cleaning tasks (commercial premises, offices, homes, gyms, etc.). * **Key skills:** Punctuality, proactivity, sense of responsibility, and excellent customer service. * **Location:** Must reside in Lince or nearby districts such as Cercado de Lima, La Victoria, San Borja, among others. **Purpose of the Position:** Ensure the highest level of hygiene, order, and operational maintenance throughout the gym, providing customers with a comfortable, safe, and functional environment. **Your Responsibilities:** * Continuously clean and disinfect training areas, equipment, machines, reception, locker rooms, and restrooms. * Perform periodic maintenance and cleaning of the main entrance, exterior areas, and parking lot. * Properly collect and empty waste bins in training rooms, locker rooms, and reception throughout the shift and at shift closure. * Maintain the facility’s outstanding image, cleanliness, and security at all times. **Work Schedule (Full-Time):** * **Morning Shift:** * Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * *Day off:* Rotating between Saturday or Sunday. * **Afternoon Shift:** * Monday to Friday: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Sundays and Holidays: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * *Day off:* Rotating between Saturday or Sunday. **What We Offer:** * **Compensation:** S/. 1,200\.00 per month. * **Payment Method:** Timely biweekly payments. * **Labor Benefits:** Enrollment in MYPE payroll starting from the fourth month, with all statutory rights. * **Health and Fitness Benefits:** **Free and unlimited membership** to train at our gym chain. * **Availability:** Immediate hiring and onboarding.
