Position Summary:
Comprehensively manage the import operations of raw materials and supplies, coordinating with suppliers and agents to ensure timely supply and optimize processes.

**Mission:** Manage, coordinate, and control the import operations of raw materials, finished products, industrial supplies, and materials required by the company, leading the operational execution of in-house resources and coordinating with suppliers, logistics agents, and customs brokers—ensuring compliance with customs regulations, internal procedures, and service-level agreements—to guarantee timely supply, optimize costs, minimize risks, and ensure business continuity.
Comprehensively manage the importation of resin, bales, intercompany finished products, and industrial supplies, ensuring adherence to the supply plan.
Coordinate and supervise the operational management of assigned in-house resources, ensuring compliance with SLAs, documentation quality, and tracking of each operation.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to meet production, shipment, customs clearance, and delivery deadlines.
Review and validate import documentation (Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificates, insurance policies, DAM, among others), ensuring regulatory compliance.
Manage operational and customs contingencies, prioritizing critical shipments to ensure plant continuity.
Prepare and control import-related expenses (freight, insurance, customs duties, warehousing, and local charges).
Maintain up-to-date shipment tracking and promptly communicate risks or deviations to involved departments.
Register and maintain updated import information in SAP and other corporate systems.
Develop and monitor management indicators (Lead Time, On-Time-In-Full, logistics costs, delays, agency and in-house productivity, among others) to support decision-making.
Identify improvement opportunities in import processes and propose initiatives to reduce costs, lead times, and operational risks.

Requirements
Professionals in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in foreign trade/import operations within industrial companies.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and SAP.
Willingness to work 100% on-site in Cercado de Lima.
