Job Summary: SEGUGROUP is seeking an Inventory Assistant to plan, organize, execute, and control inventories; validate discrepancies; and analyze root causes of variances within the logistics sector. SEGUGROUP, a business group specializing in logistics and international trade, is currently seeking an INVENTORY ASSISTANT to join our team. What will be your main challenges? * Plan, organize, execute, and control cyclic, general, and customer-requested inventories, coordinated with the client and warehouse manager. * Validate discrepancies among physical, documentary, and system (ERP/WMS) inventories. * Analyze root causes of variances, shrinkage, stock losses, or inventory discrepancies. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory accuracy reports and submit them to the client. * Supervise proper traceability of batches, locations, movements, and materials. What are we looking for in you? * Professionals with degrees in International Business, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics sector. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
