




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive cook with experience in dish preparation, raw material management, and maintaining hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible and proactive in the kitchen 2. Knowledge of Creole and Japanese cuisine (not exclusive) 3. Preparation of dishes according to established recipes Description * Minimum prior experience of 1 year. * Responsible and proactive. * Knowledge of Creole cuisine and also hot Japanese cuisine (not exclusive). * Receiving, verifying, and weighing raw materials entering the kitchen area. * Preparing mise en place. * Preparing daily Kardex records. * Generating requirements for supplies and raw materials via established communication channels. * Performing routine cleaning and disinfection of areas, as well as at the end of work activities. * Preparing dishes according to brand-established recipes. * Preferably residing in areas adjacent to the district of Jesús María.
