Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for hot dishes, responsible for assembling, plating, and final presentation of dishes, while supporting meal preparation and area maintenance. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene of the area KITCHEN ASSISTANT – HOT DISHES (Rímac) **Job Description** We are currently looking for a Kitchen Assistant for the hot dishes section, responsible for assembling, plating, and final presentation of dishes. **Responsibilities** * Assembling and plating hot dishes. * Assisting in the preparation of hot meals. * Performing mise en place. * Verifying portion sizes and final presentation. * Coordinating with the kitchen team during service. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene of the area. * Assisting in supply control and storage. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant. * Culinary studies (preferred). * Knowledge of plating and food production. * Valid health certificate or currently in process. **Benefits** * Meals provided. * **Career path.** * REMYPE payroll registration. **Schedule** * Monday to Sunday, 10:30 am \- 7:30 pm * Rotating days off between Monday and Thursday.
