Requirements * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year** as a kitchen assistant (preferred). * Basic knowledge of food preparation and support in traditional Peruvian cuisine and/or cevichería. * Knowledge of Good Food Handling Practices (GFHP). * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Positive attitude, responsibility, and commitment. Responsibilities * Assist in preparing ingredients * Wash, peel, cut, and portion food items according to the chef's instructions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area throughout the shift. * Clean and disinfect utensils, equipment, and surfaces. * Verify proper storage and preservation of food items. * Comply with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and internal company procedures.
