Job Summary: We are seeking Kitchen Assistants for food preparation, cleaning, and organization, with a focus on verifying supplies, performing mise en place, plating and decorating dishes, and preparing staff meals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborates in cleaning and organizing workspaces and equipment. 2. Performs mise en place and assists with plating and decoration. 3. Verifies supplies and prepares staff meals. We are looking for personnel to fill the position of Kitchen Assistant, willing to work split shifts and capable of carrying out the main responsibilities outlined below: Verifies that the supplies requested for daily production match the requirements. Performs mise en place for preparing the day's dishes. Assists with labeling products and enters them into the corresponding kardex. Collaborates in cleaning and organizing workspaces and equipment. Plates and decorates requested dishes. Prepares staff meals according to the weekly meal program. Formal employment under the General Regime is offered from the first day of work, along with all labor benefits associated with this regime. The contract is for a fixed term but is immediately renewable based on performance. Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
