Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the preparation of Mediterranean gourmet dishes, sandwiches, and salads, ensuring quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the preparation of Mediterranean and cafeteria cuisine. 2. Support the preparation and decoration of pastries and desserts. 3. Maintain hygiene and quality control at the workstation. We are a major Mediterranean restaurant chain with multiple locations. **REQUIREMENT: KITCHEN ASSISTANT \- MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE** Assist in preparing gourmet dishes, sandwiches, traditional German salads, and cafeteria items, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. * Mise en Place: Measure, weigh, cut, and prepare basic ingredients for dough, fillings, and savory dishes. * Pastry Support: Assist in preparing and decorating display cakes and desserts. * Savory Preparation: Collaborate in assembling sandwiches, salads, pasta, milanesas, beverages, and breakfast items for the cafeteria. * Quality Control: Verify ingredient freshness and ensure proper labeling and storage according to rotation standards (FIFO/PEPS). * Cleaning and Hygiene: Keep workstation, utensils, and equipment clean and disinfected per BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. * Stock Management: Support inventory control and goods receipt. QUANTITY: 3 STAFF * Surco Branch (near La Encalada) \= 1 staff * Miraflores Branch \= 3 staff * San Isidro Branch \= 3 staff Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions.
