Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant I to support food preparation and kitchen maintenance for patients and staff in a maternal and child health care setting. Key Highlights: 1. Position Title: Kitchen Assistant I * Academic Level: Preferably currently enrolled or incomplete studies in Gastronomy. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions, preferably within the healthcare sector. * Requirements: Knowledge of gastronomy, national and international cuisine is desirable. Responsibilities: * Assist in keeping the kitchen clean. * Prepare breakfast for staff (hot beverage). * Support food preparation for patients and staff. * Daily preparation of desserts, broths, and refreshments for patients according to the dietary menu. * Prepare meal trays according to patients' dietary menus. * Prepare broth and dessert for staff (lunch). * Assist in storing provisions (vegetables, meats, etc.) in the refrigerator and pantry as appropriate. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Participate in scheduled activities such as training sessions, drills, and inspections related to risk prevention, as well as those required by the Occupational Health and Safety department.
