




Position Summary: We are seeking a Boarding Assistant to provide efficient and courteous service, ensuring the reception, registration, dispatch, and delivery of packages and luggage, as well as proper payment handling and inquiry resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and guidance for package and parcel shipping and pickup. 2. Management of parcel reception, registration, and dispatch within the system. 3. We are currently seeking **male personnel** for the position of **Boarding Assistant**, oriented toward delivering efficient and courteous service, ensuring the **reception, registration, dispatch, and delivery of packages and luggage**, as well as accurate payment management and inquiry resolution—contributing to a positive customer experience and achievement of the company’s operational objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide customer service and guidance regarding **package and parcel shipping and pickup**. * **Receive, register, and dispatch parcels** in the system. * Provide clear information about **destinations, dispatch schedules, and delivery times**. * Manage **parcel service payments** (cash, POS, or other methods). * Verify correct **labeling and documentation** of cargo. * Resolve inquiries and incidents in a **courteous and professional manner**. * Maintain **order, cleanliness, and professional appearance** at the counter. * Comply with the company’s **operational procedures and policies**. * Assist with **physical handling of parcels**, when required by operations. **Required Profile** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education preferred). * Minimum **6 months to 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience** (preferably in transportation, tourism, retail, or service sectors). * Basic computer skills (**sales systems and basic Excel**). * Cash handling experience. * Availability to work on **weekends and holidays**. * **Strong verbal communication skills** and friendly customer interaction. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration **in accordance with Peruvian labor law**. * **Market-competitive salary**. * **Ongoing training**. * **Opportunities for career growth** within the company. * **Job stability** with a solid transportation-sector enterprise.
