A company dedicated to hazardous waste management is looking to integrate a **Loading Operator** into its team — someone with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and willingness to support daily operations. **Required Profile** * Completed secondary education. * Residency in areas adjacent to **Ventanilla** (mandatory requirement). * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with rotating days off. * Availability for **12-hour shifts**. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **loading and unloading** tasks for materials and/or hazardous waste, adhering to safety guidelines. * Provide support in **organization and control** of documentation related to goods. * Carry out other duties assigned by the area supervisor. **Benefits** * **Formal employment contract from day one**, including all statutory benefits. * **Bi-weekly salary payments**, made on time. * **Semi-annual bonus** of **S/ 1,000**, paid in June and November. * Job stability. * Opportunities for **career progression and professional growth**.
