We seek to incorporate an organized, proactive Logistics Intern with strong coordination abilities to support operational management, shipment tracking, and logistics process control—contributing to efficiency and adherence to established timelines. **Requirements:** \- Experience in international trade and logistics operations. \- Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures. \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \- Intermediate English (preferred). \- Strong organizational, follow-up, and teamwork skills. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Analyze, compare, and negotiate supplier quotations. \- Support procurement management and order tracking. \- Coordinate end-to-end import and export operations. \- Handle FCL, LCL, and air cargo shipments. \- Track shipments, arrivals, and customs clearance processes. \- Monitor logistics costs and validate invoicing. \- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, warehouses, and customers. \- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices and other documents. \- Maintain inventory levels aligned with sales demand. \- Conduct physical inventories and maintain accurate records of stock levels in warehouses. **Employment Conditions:** \- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. \- Work Modality: On-site. \- Lunch provided.
