We seek to incorporate into our team an organized, proactive, and highly coordinated Logistics Assistant who will support operational management, shipment tracking, and logistics process control—contributing to efficiency and adherence to established timelines. **Requirements:** \- Degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related fields. \- Experience in international trade and logistics operations. \- Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures. \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \- Intermediate English (Mandatory). \- Strong organizational, follow-up, and teamwork skills. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Analyze, compare, and negotiate quotations with suppliers. \- Support procurement management and order tracking. \- Comprehensive coordination of import and export operations. \- Handling of FCL, LCL, and air cargo. \- Track shipments, arrivals, and customs clearance processes. \- Monitor logistics costs and validate invoicing. \- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, warehouses, and customers. \- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices and other documents. \- Maintain inventory levels aligned with sales demand. \- Conduct physical inventories and maintain accurate records of stock levels in warehouses. **Working Conditions:** \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. \- Work Mode: On-site. \- Compensation: Market-competitive, commensurate with experience.
