We seek to welcome an organized, proactive, and highly coordinated Logistics Assistant to our team, who will provide support in operational management, shipment tracking, and logistics process control—contributing to efficiency and adherence to established timelines. **Requirements:** \- Degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related fields. \- Experience in international trade and logistics operations. \- Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures. \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \- Intermediate English (preferred). \- Strong organizational, follow-up, and teamwork skills. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Analyze, compare, and negotiate supplier quotations. \- Support procurement management and order tracking. \- End-to-end coordination of import and export operations. \- Handling of FCL, LCL, and air freight shipments. \- Shipment tracking, arrival monitoring, and release process oversight. \- Logistics cost control and invoice validation. \- Coordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, warehouses, and customers. \- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices and other documents. \- Maintain stock levels according to sales demand. \- Conduct physical inventories and maintain quality records of warehouse stock levels. **Working Conditions:** \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. \- Work modality: On-site. \- Meals provided. \- Compensation: Market-competitive, commensurate with experience.
