Positive work environment **MARKETING ASSISTANT** **Job Description** We are looking for a **Marketing Assistant** eager to grow professionally in the Marketing field, supporting content creation, campaign execution, and publication dissemination across digital media. We seek a **creative, organized, proactive individual with a strong interest in learning**, capable of collaborating closely with the Marketing and Recruitment teams. Requirements * Final-year student or graduate in **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields**. * Prior experience in marketing functions, content creation, or administrative support is desirable. * Proficiency in **social media platforms and digital tools**. * Proficiency in **Canva and Microsoft Office**. * Creativity and ability to propose new ideas. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and commitment to task completion. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Key Responsibilities * Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities. * Create, design, and publish content for social media and other digital platforms. * Develop graphic assets, publications, and promotional materials in coordination with the Recruitment team. * Support creation and dissemination of **candidate recruitment and attraction campaigns**. * Coordinate with the Recruitment team to develop content for job opportunity postings. * Support dissemination of recruitment calls and campaigns across various channels and platforms. * Monitor and track published content and executed campaigns. * Prepare basic reports on campaign reach and results. * Assist with other marketing-related activities. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
