Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning staff to maintain buildings and condominiums, following checklists and schedules, and reporting updates. Key Points: 1. Work according to the Check List and Maintenance Schedule. 2. Report updates and shortages of supplies to management. 3. Proper use of supplies and watering of gardens. Hello, we are ADM, a real estate company, and we are currently looking for cleaning staff for our building and condominium. **Responsibilities:** \- Perform work in accordance with the Cleaning Check List and Maintenance Schedule. \- Report to your shift supervisor any issues identified during work (e.g., burnt-out light bulbs or fluorescent tubes, damaged equipment or installations, broken or cracked glass, warped or dirty walls, etc.). \- Timely report supply shortages to management and place orders for the entire month. \- Use cleaning supplies appropriately, following the supplier's recommendations. \- Water gardens as instructed by management and supervision (where applicable). \- Other duties as required for the position.
