Operations Intern / Assistant – Industrial Engineering A growing company is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern or Operations Assistant, oriented toward operations and logistics, with interest in developing within a dynamic environment. Main Responsibilities: \* Coordination with suppliers \* Production and sample tracking \* Order control (inbound and outbound) \* Customer delivery supervision \* Quality control and packaging \* Document organization (waybills, quotations, files) \* Dispatch coordination and tracking The position offers an operational focus from day one, with direct mentoring and training. Required Profile: \* Final-year student or graduate in Industrial Engineering \* Responsible, organized, and proactive individual \* Ability to handle multiple tasks without becoming disorganized \* Sound judgment to resolve basic situations \* Communication skills for interacting with suppliers and coordinating deliveries \* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (tables and information tracking) A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic will be considered as added advantages.
