We are an international freight forwarder currently seeking a talented Operations Trainee to join our team in Lima, district of Santiago de Surco. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor compliance with regulations mandated by SUNAT, Customs, and MINCETUR to ensure correct operational execution. * Execute cargo instructions assigned by **THE COMPANY**, ensuring appropriate logistics. * Conduct continuous shipment tracking and provide support to the operations team. * Review net costs and sales for all shipments along with arrival notices to ensure accurate information is sent to clients. * Cargo routing, breakdowns, coordination of warehouse pickups, dispatch of arrival notices, among others. * Ensure timely registration of orders in the system, uploading supporting documentation for each expense. * Submit customs declarations, ensuring compliance with legally established timeframes. **Requirements:** * Graduate or current student in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * Proficiency and experience in import operations within international freight forwarding companies, customs brokerage firms, or logistics operators. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays as required by service needs. * Work location: Santiago de Surco. **Benefits:** * Internship agreement compliant with current regulations. * Ongoing training in foreign trade operations and customs procedures. * Opportunity for professional development in the logistics sector. * Excellent working environment and continuous learning.
