We are currently recruiting a **skilled, proactive, fast, and detail-oriented** packager to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age between **18 and 35 years.** * A person who is **agile, organized, and highly motivated to learn.** * High level of **attention to detail, precision, and manual dexterity.** * Ability to **work quickly** without compromising quality. * Responsible, punctual, attentive, and proactive attitude * Availability to work overtime when requested (paid) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform **packaging** of pictures and frames according to company standards * Internal selection and distribution of products for assembly of each frame (glass, MDF, side panels, gluing, etc.) * Verify that products meet required **finishes and quality standards** prior to dispatch. * Support the **production process** (assembly, inspection, and handling of pictures) * Maintain **order and cleanliness** in the work area. * Carry out tasks assigned by the area supervisor. * Verify that merchandise is in proper condition. * Receive suppliers (glass, MDF, etc.). **BENEFITS:** * On-site work at **Independencia branch (only location)** * Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 6 PM / Friday 8 AM to 5 PM / Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM * Positive work environment and growth opportunity * Overtime pay (only if requested by direct supervisor) Employment type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment Salary: S/.1,000.00 \- S/.1,130.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
