We are seeking talent like you, with current openings for PAstry ASSISTANT positions. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Preparation of pastry doughs and base mixtures \- Shaping and decorating cookies \- Preparation of base fillings \- Decorations using elastic dough and other materials \- Quality control and labeling of ingredients, products, and desserts \- Organization and cleaning within the work area throughout the entire workday \- Recording all prepared and baked products, as well as any wastage that may occur \- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor REQUIREMENTS \- Technical or university degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, or related fields \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions \- Availability to work rotating shifts: **3 DAYS SHIFT 6AM–2:30PM AND 3 DAYS SHIFT 11AM–7:30PM** \- Personal attributes: Proactive, organized, team-oriented, responsible, communicative, punctual \- Age: 18–30 years old \- Valid health certificate BENEFITS \- Corporate discounts \- Uniforms \- MYPE payroll registration If you would like to join our team, apply now!
