Job Summary: Rose Cake is seeking an experienced Pastry Production Assistant to prepare and assemble products, maintain a clean work area, and comply with production standards. Key Highlights: 1. Development of skills in pastry production. **Rose Cake** is looking for an experienced **Pastry Production Assistant** to join our team. **IMPORTANT:** A minimum of **6 months of specific experience in pastry, baking, or confectionery** is required. Experience solely in general kitchen work or general food production will not be considered equivalent. Responsibilities * Preparation of creams, fillings, and ganaches. * Preparation and baking of cakes. * Weighing and measuring ingredients. * Assembling and filling cakes. * Portioning and producing desserts. * Labeling and storing products. * Supplying production with ingredients. * Cleaning and organizing the work area. * Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and production standards. Work Schedules Three work shifts are available: * **7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.** * **11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.** * **1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.** Employees will have a **fixed shift from Sunday to Friday**. **Sundays:** All staff start at **7:00 a.m.** and work until **4:00 p.m.** On a rotating basis, **one employee will cover the 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. shift**, according to plant scheduling. **Fixed day off: every Saturday.** Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience in pastry, baking, or confectionery. * Knowledge of cream preparation, cake baking, and assembly. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Ability to work in a team and follow recipes and procedures. * Availability to work on-site in Santiago de Surco.
