




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for human resources duties, including payroll management, employee onboarding and offboarding, and payment recordkeeping, supporting the immediate supervisor. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll calculation data collection and registration 2. Employee onboarding and management in the T-Register 3. Recording of employee and departmental payment orders **Requirements:** * Graduate or technical degree in Human Resources, Administration, or Accounting. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience for this position. **Responsibilities:** * Collect and register data for payroll calculation (overtime hours, absences, leaves, etc.). * Enter employee information into the T-Register, including onboarding, offboarding, and modifications. * Record all employee and departmental payment orders (SharePoint). * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Market-competitive salary * Monthly payments * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * How old are you?
