Job Summary: MEDSURSA is seeking a Plant Mechanical Assistant to support preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment, ensuring operational continuity and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Support for preventive and corrective maintenance of plant mechanical equipment. 2. Conducting inspections, monitoring, and lubrication of equipment. 3. Assisting in disassembly, assembly, diagnosis, and repair of components. MEDSURSA is seeking a Plant Mechanical Assistant to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant mechanical equipment, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with safety standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical diploma or graduate in Mechanics or related fields * Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in processing plants * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment * Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments * Knowledge of electric arc welding and oxy-fuel cutting * Experience in disassembling and assembling mechanical components * Knowledge of alignment of rotating equipment and splicing conveyor belts * Availability to work under the mining work regime (20 days on / 10 days off) and rotating shifts **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for plant equipment * Perform inspections and monitoring of mechanical equipment * Carry out lubrication of bearings and pinions * Assist in disassembly and assembly of mechanical components * Support diagnosis and repair of failures in plant equipment * Ensure proper use of assigned tools and equipment * Comply with safety regulations and correct use of PPE Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
