We are looking for a **Data Insight Intern** for the **Asset Management** team in **Lima, Peru**. This team is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to support business decision-making through dashboard development, automation, information analysis, and data asset management. **Mission**: Provide support in developing analytical solutions, automating processes, and managing data to contribute to generating reliable information for business decision-making. **Responsibilities**: * Support the development and maintenance of data transformation and loading processes using Databricks (PySpark and SQL). * Develop and optimize reports and dashboards in Power BI for various business areas. * Perform data quality validations, identifying inconsistencies and proposing improvements to information processes. * Participate in documenting data models, data dictionaries, and analytical processes. * Support process automation using Microsoft ecosystem tools (Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel, among others). * Conduct exploratory analyses and ad hoc reporting to address business requirements. **Requirements**: * University student in their 7th or 8th semester of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Academic experience or internships in data analysis, data engineering, business intelligence, or process automation are desirable. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Import, Power Query). * Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI (desirable). * Knowledge of data modeling. * Basic understanding of ETL processes. * Familiarity with Databricks is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency. ***This opportunity is also open to persons with disabilities.***
