Integration into a dynamic, results-oriented team. **PRE-PROFESSIONAL OPERATIONS INTERN** At Ingenicorp, a company with over 10 years of experience in the transportation sector, we are currently seeking a Pre-professional Operations Intern who wishes to grow within a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement. **Position Objective** Provide support to the Operations Department by preparing valuations, analyzing information, and generating reports that contribute to the control, monitoring, and improvement of operational processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and monitor valuations for executed services. * Analyze operational information to identify deviations and improvement opportunities. * Prepare reports and performance indicators for management monitoring. * Support control and validation of operational information for billing processes. * Maintain updated databases and departmental records. * Conduct incident analysis and propose process improvement alternatives. * Provide administrative and control support to the Operations team as required by the department. * Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects. **Requirements** * University or technical students in their final cycles of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or related fields. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with data analysis and management indicators is desirable. * Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is desirable. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Organizational skills and ability to work with structured information. * Proactivity, commitment, and willingness to learn. * Interest in professional development within the transportation and operations sector.
