Position Summary: Liebherr Perú S.A.C. is seeking a Process Intern to support process elicitation, analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement, contributing to operational optimization and efficiency. Participation in continuous improvement and process transformation projects Liebherr Perú S.A.C., a multinational leader in high-technology equipment manufacturing, is seeking a Process Intern for its office in San Isidro, Lima. This position will support the Process Department in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and continuously improving organizational processes, helping identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and operational efficiency aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Support the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of processes across various organizational departments. * Identify improvement opportunities and support the proposal of initiatives aimed at process optimization and standardization. * Develop, update, and maintain procedures, work instructions, forms, policies, and flowcharts. * Coordinate with various departments to collect, validate, and document process-related information. * Support continuous improvement, optimization, and process transformation projects. * Assist in tracking continuous improvement initiatives, as well as in developing departmental metrics and reports. **Requirements** -------------- * Final-year student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related fields. * Prior internship, professional, or academic project experience related to processes, continuous improvement, quality, or project management is desirable. * Knowledge of process elicitation, mapping, and documentation. * Proficiency in flowcharting (BPMN or similar tools). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or other process automation tools is desirable. * Familiarity with continuous improvement and process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is desirable. * English language proficiency is desirable.
