We are currently looking for committed and responsible individuals to join our Production Assistant team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Young candidate eager to learn and develop professionally. * Ability to perform manual tasks and use basic tools. * Proactive, responsible, and punctual individual. * Ability to work in a team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Carry out tasks assigned by the Area Manager. * Weigh rubber raw materials according to production requirements and work orders. * Basic mathematical calculation ability. * Support in production processes. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 5:45 PM; Saturdays: 8 AM to 1 PM. We are located in Los Olivos. Workplace: On-site employment
