Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators/Distribution Assistants to perform packaging, quality control, and loading/unloading of products at the plant. Key Highlights: 1. Perform manual packaging, capping, sealing, nesting, and palletizing of products 2. Ensure product quality compliance 3. Load and unload products to support the process At Gierca SAC, we are currently seeking PRODUCTION OPERATORS / DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANTS to join our team at the Ventanilla plant. Responsibilities: * Perform manual packaging, capping, sealing, nesting, and palletizing of finished products as required * Ensure product quality compliance. * Roll product cylinders and unload required items. * Load and unload products to support the process (transport assistant). Requirements: * Completed secondary education (Mandatory). * Experience in physically demanding work or production (Preferred). * Availability to work in Ventanilla.
