Job Summary: We are seeking committed production operators to manufacture, assemble, and package nougats, with on-the-job training provided from day one. Key Highlights: 1. What will you do? * Manufacture nougats. * Assemble and package products. * Support the production process. **No experience needed!** We provide training and onboarding from your first day. We offer: Salary of **S/ 1,200** \+ overtime pay. Payments made **biweekly**. Enrollment in the **MYPE payroll system** from day one. Statutory benefits: bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), and 50% vacation entitlement. Positive work environment. Performance-based incentives.
