Job Summary: Alicorp is seeking Production Operators for its biscuit plant to ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety standards in the biscuit production process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote compliance with personal safety and hygiene standards. 2. Ensure quality standards and inspection of processes and products. 3. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and equipment. Alicorp!!! is currently recruiting PRODUCTION OPERATORS for its Biscuit Plant on a campaign basis. Requirements: Availability to work at the Callao Plant. Availability for rotating shifts. Employment period: 3 months (subject to renewal based on business needs). Responsibilities: * Promote compliance with safety standards. * Maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene. * Adhere to defined quality, inspection, and operational standards for processes and/or products. * Ensure order and cleanliness in one's work area and/or equipment. * Ensure proper labeling and disposal of waste generated during the process. * Place bags onto trays. * Tray loading of biscuits. * Verification and feeding of packages into packaging machines.
