Position Summary: We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Graphic Design Intern to support the team in adapting graphic assets and developing visuals for major brands. Key Highlights: 1. Graphic Design Intern – BTL / Visual Production At **Vanguardia**, an agency with **25 years in the Peruvian market** and a leader in **BTL and event production**, we are looking for a **Graphic Design Intern** eager to learn and grow through real-world projects for prominent brands. We seek someone who is **creative, organized, proactive, and possesses strong visual judgment**, capable of supporting the design team in adapting graphic assets, developing pre-production visuals, and preparing artwork according to real dimensions. What will you do? * Adapt graphic assets for various formats: banners, backdrops, totems, vinyls, signage, credentials, POP materials, booth graphics, and more. * Prepare visuals and mockups so clients can review how the assets will appear when applied before production. * Work on artwork using real dimensions, respecting proportions, formats, and technical requirements. * Support the development of visual proposals for events, activations, and BTL campaigns. * Make design adjustments based on internal or client feedback. * Prepare final files for printing or production. * Assist with basic image retouching, photomontages, and visual presentations. * Coordinate with account, creativity, 3D design, and production teams to ensure alignment of assets with the project. * Maintain organized working files by client, campaign, and version. Requirements * Graduate in Graphic Design or related field. * Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop**. * Familiarity with Canva, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or other basic editing tools is desirable. * Strong visual judgment, composition, typography, and color handling skills. * Ability to work with dimensions, formats, and production references. * Organization and attention to detail in file preparation. * Portfolio submission is mandatory.
