Job Summary: We are seeking male personnel to perform baggage loading and unloading tasks, as well as internal aircraft cleaning at the airport. Key Highlights: 1. Perform baggage loading and unloading 2. Conduct internal cleaning of aircraft cabins 3. Work in the operations area of Jorge Chávez Airport **Requirements:** * **Males** aged 18 to 40. * Completed secondary education (*mandatory*). * Reside in Callao or adjacent districts. * Full availability to cover rotating shifts (*mandatory*). **Responsibilities:** * Perform baggage loading and unloading within the operations area of Jorge Chávez Airport. * Conduct internal cleaning of aircraft cabins. * Carry out other duties assigned by supervision. **Benefits:** ***Full Time (8 hours per workday):*** * 6-month contract, subject to renewal. * Base salary of S/1130 **\+** Performance bonus: approx. S/94 per month. * Meal allowance: S/60\.00 (performance-based, per month) * Biweekly payments (40% mid-month \- 60% end-of-month). * Night shift bonus: S/1\.40 additional per hour (applicable only for night or early-morning shifts). * Transportation for early-morning shifts. * 85% meal coverage (during operations, the employee pays only S/ 1\.55 per meal) * Career path \- Payroll/insurance/CTS/bonus/education/family allowance/profits **\+** Corporate benefits provided by the company.
