Participate in investigations of incidents occurring within the organization. Provide basic safety induction to new personnel, considering their assigned positions and associated risks. Verify proper use and good condition of PPE. Immediately report incidents to the QHSE department and implement initial corrective actions or first aid measures. Report to the QHSE department any activity potentially leading to property losses, enabling necessary coordination to prevent such occurrences. Act honestly, loyally, and with integrity—subordinating personal interest to the general interest or common good. Identify and satisfy the needs and expectations of internal or external users—demonstrating a commitment to serve users effectively, courteously, and empathetically.
