Job Summary: Supervise and promote preventive and corrective QHSE actions, identify hazards, and participate in safety planning to prevent accidents and losses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct educational activities and training on risk prevention QHSE SUPERVISOR \- OQUENDO Monitor and promote preventive and corrective actions in all facility operations to prevent occupational accidents and diseases. Identify unsafe acts and conditions. Support measures to prevent property losses for the company and its customers. FUNCTIONS Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Plan within one's scope of responsibility. Monitor implementation of the Risk Prevention Work Program. Act immediately upon identifying unsafe acts or conditions, providing feedback to personnel involved in the incident. 4\. Participate in preventive activity planning and direct emergency response and first aid procedures. Conduct educational activities on Risk Prevention, promoting training for personnel engaged in daily operations. Inspect infrastructure, safety equipment, tools, machinery, and personal protective equipment (PPE) under one's responsibility. Maintain statistical records of incidents occurring within one's area of responsibility, updated at intervals aligned with company needs. Participate in investigations of incidents occurring within the organization. Provide basic safety induction to new personnel, considering their assigned positions and associated risks. Verify proper use and good condition of PPE. Immediately report incidents to the QHSE department and implement initial corrective actions or first aid measures. Report to the QHSE department any activity potentially leading to property losses, enabling necessary coordination to prevent such occurrences. Act honestly, loyally, and with integrity—subordinating personal interest to the general interest or common good. Identify and satisfy the needs and expectations of internal or external users—demonstrating a commitment to serve users effectively, courteously, and empathetically. Requirements Completed technical studies in occupational risk prevention or equivalent fields, or a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related disciplines. **Knowledge of:** Occupational Safety and Health, Planning preventive measures for civil works or high-risk operations, IPERC management, Experience facilitating safety talks for personnel, Environmental impact awareness Familiarity with Law No. 29783 on Occupational Safety and Health Minimum one year of experience as an Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor. **Availability to work in Callao, Monday–Friday:** 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM / Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Benefits Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory social benefits.
