Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Foreign Trade Supervisor to plan and supervise procurement, imports, and exports, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and supervise the procurement of goods, equipment, and supplies. 2. Supervise quotation, negotiation, and purchase order tracking processes. 3. Coordinate import and export operations with various operators. We are currently seeking a Logistics and Foreign Trade Supervisor for a temporary replacement contract. Requirements: * University degree or bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar functions * Proficiency in procurement, imports, and exports * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency Main Responsibilities: * Plan and supervise the procurement of goods, equipment, supplies, and services required by various departments, considering priorities, stock levels, budget, and service deadlines. * Consolidate and prioritize local procurement, import, project, after-sales, and other corporate requirements. * Verify that procurement requests have necessary approvals and conditions prior to initiating the procurement process. * Supervise quotation, comparison, negotiation, issuance, and tracking of purchase orders and service orders. * Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, credit terms, quality, warranty, and delivery conditions with domestic and international suppliers. * Supervise supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance, proposing improvement actions, re-negotiation, or replacement as appropriate. * Supervise import and export operations from shipment confirmation through final receipt or delivery. * Coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, couriers, and other operators involved in foreign trade operations. * Review documentation required for imports and exports, verifying its consistency prior to shipment, customs clearance, or delivery. * Track shipments, arrivals, customs clearance, cargo pickup, transportation, and delivery, maintaining up-to-date key milestones for each operation.
