Assistance in implementation and monitoring of the SSOMA Management System **Job Description** Schneider Ingenieros S.A.C., a company specialized in critical power solutions, electrical infrastructure, precision air conditioning, and engineering services, is seeking an SSOMA Assistant to support Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) management for our projects and services. We seek a responsible, organized, and proactive individual with knowledge of SSOMA documentation development and compliance with current regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare, update, and control required SSOMA documentation for company services and projects (IPERC, ATS, PETAR, procedures, risk matrices, records, forms, and reports). * Provide support in implementing and monitoring the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System. * Conduct safety inspections and prepare observation reports and corrective action reports. * Coordinate necessary documentation for personnel access to projects and services. * Assist in delivering inductions, trainings, and safety talks. * Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safe work procedures. * Assist in incident and accident investigations, as well as follow-up on corrective actions. * Maintain up-to-date documentation requested by clients, certifications, and audits. * Provide support to the Operations department on matters related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering; professional interns in Environmental Engineering who have completed their studies may also apply. * Minimum \*\*2 years\*\* of experience in SSOMA-related functions (for graduates or bachelor's degree holders). * For professional interns, pre-professional or professional internship experience will be valued. * SSOMA Supervisor Certification (120 hours) is desirable. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783, its Regulation, and other applicable Occupational Safety and Health legislation. * Proficiency in developing IPERC, ATS, PETAR, safe work procedures, risk matrices, and SSOMA documentation. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to conduct field visits, travel, and work night shifts when required by service needs. **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Saturday:** 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Contact:** 933 486 202 \- 926 728 630 Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
