Job Summary: We are seeking a Talent Coordinator to lead selection, recruitment, and personnel development processes, focused on the Water business of an international company. Key Highlights: 1. They are responsible for attracting, identifying, and selecting employees possessing the competencies and skills required by the organization. This sub-family includes: talent assessment (e.g., skill evaluation, testing, ranking, reference checks), internal and external job posting (including external agencies), active talent sourcing at job fairs and universities, talent planning, internal mobility, and managing onboarding for new hires; may also be responsible for conducting exit interviews. **Candidate Requirements** For our Water business, we are seeking professional personnel to fill the position of Talent Coordinator. **Requirements:** * Degree in Psychology. * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing selection processes, preferably within Construction or Energy sector companies. * Experience in Personnel Training and Development. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * In charge of the Industrial Business personnel recruitment and selection process—from start to finish. * Headhunting for key business positions. * In charge of organizing and executing onboarding for new personnel. * Responsible for personnel training. * Responsible for personnel development. * Other duties inherent to the position.
