Job Summary: We are seeking a Cutting Assistant / Material Preparer to support textile material preparation, lot control, and incident reporting in the cutting area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare textile materials and components according to production orders. 2. Maintain control and organization of lots in the cutting area. 3. Join us and apply today! **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a cutting material preparer. * Knowledge of fabric types, especially woven fabrics. (Mandatory). * Experience in fabric laying (Desirable). * Availability to work in the Ate district. * COMPETENCIES: Organization, orderliness, sense of urgency, teamwork, attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare textile materials and components according to production orders. * Correctly code and label cut pieces. * Perform fabric piece replenishment (replacement due to defects or shortages). * Maintain control and organization of lots in the cutting area. * Report incidents related to defects or errors in pieces. * Assist in lay preparation. * Support other cutting area activities as required by the supervisor. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Full payroll registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Timely payments. * Monday to Friday working hours (8:00 AM \- 6:30 PM). * Excellent work environment. * Agreement with SENATI.
