Opportunity to gain experience in the warehouse area Hipermercados Cerámicos, a Peruvian company with over 65 years in the market, is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for its store in Ate: They specialize in home finishing products, operate more than 40 stores nationwide, and offer a portfolio of over 1,000 brands, providing expert advice to help customers realize their finishing dreams. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education * With or without prior warehouse experience * Availability for the following shifts: Mon–Sun (rotating days off), 8am–5pm / 11am–8pm (no early-morning shifts); 1-hour lunch break * Basic Microsoft Office skills **Responsibilities** * Inspect and organize merchandise, verifying quantity and condition (inventory taking). * Prepare and dispatch orders according to tickets generated by the system, meeting delivery deadlines and customer service protocols. * Process product returns in accordance with established procedures and timelines. * Support receiving, inspection, and placement of merchandise, maintaining updated stock records. * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper signage under the 5S methodology. * Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits** * Salary + Bonus * Full payroll registration from day one * Gratuity + Family Allowance * Profit-sharing, SCTR, CTS * Indefinite-term contract (subject to a 3-month probationary period) * Corporate benefits * Study agreements * Timely biweekly payments: 40% mid-month, 60% end-of-month Salary: S/.1,130.00 – S/.1,135.00 per month Application Questions: * Please provide your current contact number * Do you agree with the rotating schedule: Mon–Sun / rotating days off – 8am–5pm and 11am–8pm, with monthly rotation? * How far are you from the store?
